Right of Withdrawal

Please note: all our products are manufactured to order (custom production). Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven), custom-made items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. If the buyer wishes to cancel after production has begun, costs for work performed and materials used may be charged.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unused and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at Salg@protonord.no. Returns must be sent to the address we provide — items returned without prior contact will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can resolve the problem.

Exceptions — items that cannot be returned

Custom-made or specially adapted items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for digital files, perishable goods or items with broken seals.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the existing item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

EU 14-day cooling-off period

If the item is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Salg@protonord.no.

If the shipping details are incorrect or the buyer orders the wrong size or colour, we cannot be held responsible and no compensation or right of withdrawal will apply. Items produced in a special colour or size not normally sold are made for a specific customer and cannot be returned under normal withdrawal rights.
