Delivery is considered complete when the buyer, or their representative, has taken possession of the item.

If no delivery time is stated in the order process, the seller shall deliver the item to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order. The item shall be delivered to the buyer unless otherwise specifically agreed between the parties.

Items are shipped with Shipmondo and include a tracking number unless otherwise agreed or selected at checkout. Shipping is within Norway unless otherwise agreed. We currently do not ship to Svalbard.

As all products are made to order, typical production time before dispatch is 3–7 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking link when your order has been shipped.
